I was delighted to volunteer at the Brain Awareness Week stand IdentIBrain at the University of Galway. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with students and share a bit of the excitement that comes with exploring the brain.

Students from a variety of schools visited the stand and took part in a challenge where they tried to identify different animal brains based on images. I was genuinely impressed by how well they performed.

I’m already looking forward to taking part in Brain Awareness Week again next year
